Job summary

You will work directly within customer environments, translating objectives into measurable value via design, development, deployment, and optimization. You will leverage company platforms, accelerators, and reusable assets to guide complex initiatives from discovery to adoption, mentoring teams and sharing best practices to drive delivery

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field is required; certifications are beneficial.
• Experience translating business needs into scalable tech solutions.
• Strong consulting, communication, and customer engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with customers and stakeholders to understand objectives and translate requirements into technology-enabled solutions.
• Design, implement, configure, customize, and integrate platforms and assets to meet complex needs.
• Lead lifecycle initiatives from discovery through deployment, adoption, and optimization.
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and provide technical guidance.
