Job summary

ea recruitment pte. ltd. is seeking a seasoned finance professional to lead fixed asset accounting and monthly close processes from our Jurong West location. You will collaborate with the Shared Service Centre on capitalization, depreciation, disposals, and intercompany matters.

The role requires a Diploma in Accounting/Finance and 4–5 years of relevant experience, preferably with fixed asset exposure. Working hours are 8:00am–5:10pm, Monday to Friday, with company transport provided.

Qualifications

• Possess minimum Diploma in Accounting, Finance or equivalent qualification.
• Possess minimum 4-5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably with exposure to fixed asset accounting.

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly fixed asset accounting and coordinate with SSC on asset capitalization, depreciation, transfers, disposals and write-offs.
• Maintain and reconcile the fixed asset register, movement reports and monthly audit schedules for accuracy and compliance.
• Monitor capital expenditure against approved budgets, process asset-related documentation and ensure proper asset tagging and records.
• Coordinate annual fixed asset budgeting, depreciation forecasting and asset stocktakes, including variance reconciliation.
• Prepare monthly management reports, quarterly intercompany reporting packs and monthly/quarterly/annual financial reports.
• Prepare quarterly reports for Caterpillar submissions and liaise with external auditors on fixed asset and intercompany matters.
• Support process improvements, ERP system implementation and finance-related projects.
