PERSOL is seeking a highly organized finance professional to support fixed assets accounting operations in Singapore. The role involves asset capitalisation, month-end close, reporting, and stakeholder advisory with collaboration across business units and project teams.

The ideal candidate has at least 10 years in accounting, strong knowledge of accounting standards, and experience with SAP. Hybrid work: 3 days in office, 2 days remote; 1-year contract.

Qualifications

• Qualification in Accountancy or a related discipline.
• At least 10 years of accounting/finance experience; preferably fixed assets in a large org.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and internal controls.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day fixed assets accounting activities including capitalisation, transfers, disposals and reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate fixed asset records and supporting documentation.
• Perform month-end and year-end closing activities related to fixed assets.
• Support asset verification, address discrepancies and audit queries.
