Job summary

RRecruiter is seeking a Senior Accounts Executive (Fixed Assets) in Singapore to oversee the fixed asset lifecycle, from ledger close to depreciation and asset register reconciliation. You will coordinate with Shared Service Centre and support audits.

The role requires 6–8 years of fixed asset accounting experience, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with MS Office and ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics. Work is based in Benoi, typical hours Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6–8 years in accounting with fixed asset focus.
• Experience in management reporting in medium/large organisations preferred.
• Strong analytical and reconciliation skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly fixed asset sub-ledger closing and asset register reconciliation.
• Process capex requisitions and monitor budgets vs actual spending.
• Lead annual stock take for rental assets and investigate variances.
• Prepare monthly management reports, intercompany packages and audit support.
• Assist ERP transitions and process-improvement initiatives.
