Job summary

EA RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a skilled finance professional in Singapore to manage fixed asset accounting, asset life-cycle activities, and related reporting.

The role focuses on accurate sub-ledger closings and coordination with the Shared Service Centre on capitalization, disposals, and depreciation. The candidate will lead annual asset budgeting, assist in audits, and work within a compliant governance framework.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Accounting or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of accounting experience with fixed assets.
• Experience in management reporting in medium/large organizations preferred.
• ERP experience, especially Microsoft Dynamics, would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly sub-ledger closing for fixed assets and coordinate asset capitalization, disposals, transfers and depreciation with SSC.
• Prepare monthly audit schedules.
• Review and reconcile Fixed Asset registers and movement reports for accuracy and compliance.
• Process capital expenditure requisitions and asset disposal documents; monitor budgets and retention of records.
• Ensure complete and timely fixed asset tagging.
• Support the annual fixed asset budgeting by preparing templates and consolidating data.
• Lead annual stock take of rental assets and investigate variances.
