EA RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced fixed asset accountant in Singapore.

The role involves managing monthly fixed asset accounting, coordinating with the Shared Service Centre on capitalisation, depreciation, transfers, disposals and write-offs, and maintaining the fixed asset register with regular reconciliation and audit schedules. You will monitor capex against budgets, assist with budgeting and depreciation forecasting, and prepare comprehensive monthly/quarterly/annual

Qualifikationen

• Diploma in Accounting, Finance or equivalent qualification.
• 4–5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably with fixed asset exposure.
• Experience with fixed asset accounting and related processes is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Manage monthly fixed asset accounting and coordinate with SSC on capitalisation, depreciation, transfers, disposals and write-offs.
• Maintain and reconcile fixed asset register, movement reports and monthly audit schedules for accuracy and compliance.
• Monitor capital expenditure against budgets; process asset-related documentation and ensure proper asset tagging and record keeping.
• Coordinate annual fixed asset budgeting, depreciation forecasting and asset stocktake; investigate variances.
• Prepare monthly management reports, quarterly intercompany reporting packages and monthly/quarterly/annual financial reports.
• Prepare quarterly reports for Caterpillar submissions and liaise with external auditors on fixed asset and intercompany matters.
• Support process improvements, ERP implementation and other finance-related projects.
