Job summary

strukturas df international singapore pte. ltd. is seeking a senior finance leader to manage the company's finance and accounting functions, ensuring accurate reporting, cash flow management and robust internal controls.

You will provide strategic financial insights to management, lead a team, oversee budgeting, forecasting, tax filings, and regulatory compliance. The role requires strong leadership, analytical skills and integrity to drive profitability and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years in a senior managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, cash flow management and internal controls.
• Proven ability to lead a finance team and advise senior management on financial and commercial decisions.
• Proficiency in accounting systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• High level of integrity, accountability and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all finance and accounting activities, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable and financial reporting.
• Lead monthly and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial statements and management reports.
• Prepare annual budgets, financial forecasts and business plans in collaboration with department heads.
• Monitor financial performance, analyse budget variances and recommend measures to improve profitability and control costs.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, banking facilities and financing requirements to support business operations.
• Establish and maintain financial policies, approval procedures and internal controls to safeguard company assets.
• Oversee tax filings, statutory reporting and compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax agents, banks, company secretaries and other professional advisers.
• Evaluate capital expenditure, investment proposals and business opportunities, providing financial analysis and recommendations.
• Review contract terms, customer credit exposure and outstanding receivables to manage financial risks.
• Lead and develop the finance team, setting clear responsibilities, performance standards and development plans.
• Improve accounting systems, reporting processes and financial workflows to increase accuracy and efficiency.
• Present financial results, key risks and recommendations to senior management and the Board.
• Undertake other finance-related responsibilities assigned by the Managing Director.
