Job summary

Flintex Consulting is seeking a Finance Manager in Singapore to lead the accounting function and internal controls. You will produce regular financial reports and collaborate with the broader finance team to support business objectives.

The role requires at least 4 years in a similar role, a degree in Accountancy or ACCA/equivalent, and experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Strong leadership and governance skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy or ACCA/equivalent.
• At least 4 years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic financial leadership to senior management.
• Develop and maintain financial policies, procedures and internal controls.
• Lead a small finance team and oversee day-to-day operations.
• Manage budgeting and rolling forecasts; annual Budgets.
• Analyse financial data, KPIs and provide actionable insights.
• Oversee month-end and year-end closing and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with SFRS, US GAAP and GST/IRAS submissions.
• Drive finance transformation projects including automation and reporting enhancements.
