Job summary

INTELLISTOCK SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is looking for a senior financial leader to manage forecasting, budgets, and overall financial operations. You will provide strategic insights to the Board, CEO, and senior management to drive profitable growth.

You will oversee monthly assessments, develop annual plans, and ensure compliance across treasury, tax, and cross-border operations. A track record in high-growth, multi-entity businesses and team leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Finance, Economics or Accounting.
• Relevant experience and background in commercial finance or economics, including leadership in high-growth, multi-entity businesses.
• Strong knowledge of accounting practices, treasury management, tax, and cross-border compliance.
• Proven capability in aligning financial strategies with overarching business goals to support sustainable growth and profitability.
• Previous experience in leading teams and implementing scalable processes.
• Thrives under tight deadlines, fast-paced environments and multicultural settings

Responsibilities

• Managing the processes for forecasting and budgets, and overseeing the the financial operations of the company.
• Advising the Board, Chief Executive and senior management team on organisational liabilities, long-term business and financial planning.
• Provide commercial insight and leadership across the business in order to exceed business plan targets.
• Conducting monthly financial assessments and generating reports to submit to the senior management team.
• Establishing budgets in compliance with the requirements of company departments.
• Allocating funds for capital projects to ensure they stay on track financially.
• Developing annual financial plans and projections for the company.
• Analysing financial risks and benefits of business initiatives.
• Supervising and performing internal audits and control processes.
• Tracking and reviewing the company's ongoing financial condition and performance

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Economics/Accounting
