Job summary

easmed asia pte. ltd. in Singapore seeks a seasoned Head of Finance to join our leadership team.

The role partners with senior management to drive financial strategy, strengthen governance, and support sustainable growth across markets in the region. You will own the Group's P&L, lead budgeting and forecasting, manage cash flow and working capital, oversee compliance and risk, and drive finance transformation through automation and improved controls.

Qualifications

• Must have strong P&L management, cash flow and margin control abilities.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting and strategic financial planning.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders across regions.
• Experience with multi-entity and cross-border finance in SEA is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the Group's P&L and overall financial performance.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and performance tracking.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to management.
• Lead long-term financial planning and scenario modelling.
• Support investment and expansion decisions with financial analysis.
• Partner with Group Directors to align financial strategy with business goals.
• Oversee cash flow, receivables, payables and inventory.
• Improve working capital management and liquidity.
• Ensure tax planning, compliance and risk management across jurisdictions.
• Drive finance operations improvements and automation.
• Lead and develop the finance team and collaborate with country teams.
