• 20+ years of strategic financial management in a corporate/MNC with manufacturing assets.
• Proven leadership and managerial capabilities.
• Strong business partnering and cross-functional collaboration.
• Commercial mindset with energy and hands-on execution.
• Operationally in tune with the business with sharp analytical detail.
• Solid business acumen and understanding of key drivers.
• Results-oriented with strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience leading teams while remaining hands-on when needed.
• Balance cost control with value creation.

Aufgaben

• Provide strategic financial leadership to support sound business decisions and sustainable growth.
• Partner with business leaders to align financial and operational performance with objectives.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and drive continuous improvement across operations.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, reviews and performance monitoring for informed decisions.
• Evaluate CAPEX investments ensuring alignment with priorities and returns.
• Coordinate long-term planning, resource allocation, and strategic initiatives for the BU.
• Develop financial systems, processes and talent to strengthen financial management.
• Lead and develop finance and business control teams to high performance.
• Consolidate and present performance reports and strategic insights to Management.
