INS Global is seeking a Finance Manager, Singapore to lead financial reporting, planning, and controls for its new Singapore operation. You will partner with local operations, the U.S. HQ, and the parent group to support profitable growth, working capital discipline, and compliance.

The role oversees monthly close, budgeting, forecasting, and statutory filings, with a strong emphasis on governance, process improvements, and team leadership. Based in Singapore, travel may be required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• 5–10 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, or senior finance leadership.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore financial reporting, GST filing, and audit requirements.
• Experience leading month-end close, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and internal controls.
• Proven ability to partner with operations leaders and parent-company finance teams.
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• High proficiency with financial systems, MS Excel, and MS Office.
• Willingness to travel periodically; office-based in Singapore.

Responsabilidades

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes with timely, accurate reporting.
• Prepare and review financial statements, management reports, reconciliations, and variance analyses.
• Maintain internal controls, accounting policies, and approval processes to safeguard assets.
• Coordinate annual planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range projections.
• Oversee GST filing and other government filings with auditors and tax advisers.
• Manage cash receipts, accounts payable, treasury reporting, and working capital.
• Provide financial insight and decision support to operations leadership.
• Lead and develop the finance team, driving process improvements and automation.
• Support contract management and operations with financial analysis and reporting.
