The role requires 4+ years in a similar position, familiarity with SFRS/US GAAP, GST/IRAS filings, and a track record of process improvements and data-driven insights.

Formación

• Degree in Accountancy or ACCA/equivalent.
• At least 4 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proficient in SFRS, US GAAP and GST/IRAS filings.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic financial guidance to senior management.
• Develop and maintain financial policies and internal controls.
• Lead and mentor a finance team.
• Manage budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Analyze financial data and KPIs to provide insights.
• Monitor cash flow and working capital.
• Oversee accounting, month-end and year-end closing.
• Support external audits and statutory financial statements.
• Drive finance transformation and automation.
• Ensure compliance with SFRS and US GAAP.
