Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a Group Finance Leader to oversee the full spectrum of finance functions, including accounting, treasury, taxation, audit, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.

You will drive high-quality financial reporting and strategic financial planning to support growth. You will prepare SGX announcements, ensure compliance, work with auditors and external advisers, and lead complex investment and acquisition projects.

Qualifications

• CPA, CA, ACCA or an equivalent professional accounting qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant finance experience in a senior leadership role.
• Experience in a Singapore-listed company is required.
• Strong knowledge of SGX reporting, announcements and listing requirements.
• Experience with investment/acquisition transactions and corporate finance.
• Experience handling corporate secretarial matters is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Group Finance team and oversee all finance functions.
• Oversee financial statements, reports, and board reporting.
• Prepare SGX announcements and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with auditors, bankers, and legal advisers.
• Lead investment and acquisition projects from evaluation to completion.
• Support corporate finance activities and financing structures.
• Act as Company Secretary and ensure governance compliance.
