Candidate Specification

• Proven experience in a Finance Business Partnering role, ideally within a large multinational or complex matrix organisation.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships at senior levels.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills – able to simplify complex financial information into clear, actionable insights.
• Solid technical grounding in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting and performance management.
• Professional finance qualification (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA or equivalent).

Desirable

• Experience in project‑based or consulting environments (engineering, infrastructure or professional services).
• Exposure to driving transformation initiatives such as system implementations, process improvement or business change.
