LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking a Senior Field Account Manager in Singapore. You will manage a book of high-value accounts, build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, and drive renewals and expansions within a regulatory, compliance, and fraud solutions context.

You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless onboarding, adoption, and ongoing customer satisfaction, while identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities across a SaaS product portfolio.

Qualificações

• 8+ years in sales and strategic account management.
• Ability to engage with large enterprise accounts and senior stakeholders.
• Experience with SaaS or technology products.
• CRM experience; Salesforce is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Build solid relationships with clients and understand their needs.
• Develop and implement customer success strategies for adoption and retention.
