Job summary

LexisNexis Risk Solutions in Singapore is seeking a Senior Field Account Manager to manage a book of enterprise accounts, build lasting relationships, and anticipate client needs to drive renewals and growth. You will collaborate with Business Development and Product teams to ensure successful onboarding, adoption, and ongoing satisfaction, while spotting opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

The role requires strong communication, strategic thinking, and experience with SaaS solutions

Qualifications

8 years proven sales and strategic account management experience.
Ability to engage with large enterprise accounts and senior stakeholders.
Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to think strategically about customer needs.
Experience working with cross-functional teams, such as operations and product development, and a deep understanding of SaaS/tech products.

Responsibilities

Build solid relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing proactive guidance and support.
Develop and implement customer success strategies to drive adoption and retention.
Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing satisfaction.
Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services to existing clients.
Monitor customer health metrics and proactively address potential issues or concerns.
Gather customer feedback and insights to inform product development and improve the overall customer experience.
