Job summary

Tech Grid Asia Pte. Ltd. invites applications for a Senior L2 Application Support Engineer (FAST Payments) in Singapore. You will lead application support for FAST payment systems, collaborate with L3, vendors and business users, and drive BAU activities with a focus on service quality and continuous improvement.

You will mentor the team, manage multiple priorities, and contribute to process enhancements across accounting, CIF and payment platforms in a banking environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of Application Support experience in Banking/Financial Services.
• Strong experience supporting FAST payment systems and payment-related applications.
• Understanding of payment processing, banking operations, CIF, and GL impacts.
• Experience supporting COTS applications and vendor coordination.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities; proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Maintain incident logs, support reports, SOPs, knowledge repositories and drive service improvements.
• Work closely with L3 Support & Vendors. L2 role will define SLAs and ensure L3/Vendors adhere to guidelines.
• Provide application support for FAST Payment systems (80%).
• Experience supporting Accounting systems and CIF applications is advantageous.
• Support troubleshooting, incident investigation, issue resolution and service requests.
• Support application releases, changes, enhancements, and post-deployment validation.
• Work with COTS applications and NEC package solutions, including configuration and customization.
• Perform application monitoring, health checks, and operational support activities.
• Collaborate with L3 Support teams and vendors to resolve complex issues.
