Job summary

WE-PLUS PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Senior Application Support Engineer specialized in Payments to support and improve its payment platform ecosystem. You will act as the technical expert for VolPay and work with Service Bureau, infrastructure teams, and external partners including SWIFT.

Responsibilities include incident management, platform monitoring, and collaboration on strategic payment-related projects, with on-call support rotations and a focus on automation and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in banking application support.
• Significant experience supporting VolPay or a similar payment platform.
• Experience in an international banking or financial services environment is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of payment platforms, SWIFT and ISO 20022 is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional and technical support for the VolPay platform.
• Investigate and resolve production incidents and service disruptions.
• Manage Docker container operations via Ansible Tower, including upgrades.
• Monitor payment processing activities and collaborate with Service Bureau teams.
• Participate in change management and CAB activities.
