Job summary

ITCAN PTE. LIMITED in Singapore is seeking an experienced L2/L3 production support professional for payment applications. You will manage incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and troubleshoot across application layers to ensure stable payment processing.

The role emphasizes collaboration with development, operations, and business users, participation in releases, ITIL processes, and ongoing improvements to improve system reliability and performance.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of application development and/or production support in Banking domain.
• Hands-on experience with Java, Spring, Oracle DB, WebLogic, .NET, and BizTalk.
• Experience with Linux/Windows, APIs, and microservices.
• Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, and ITIL processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 production support for payment applications to ensure availability and performance.
• Perform incident and problem management with root-cause analysis.
• Troubleshoot application, middleware, database, and integration components to fix faults.
• Suggest and implement improvements to enhance stability and maintainability.
• Support application releases, deployments, and production environment changes.
• Participate in BCP and DR drills to validate readiness.
• Monitor transactions, performance, and system health to detect anomalies.
• Analyze payment data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Deliver software enhancements, bug fixes, and routine maintenance.
• Maintain technical docs and transfer knowledge among teams.
• Coordinate with business users, vendors, and infra teams to resolve issues.
• Support upgrades, testing, and validation to keep system current.
