Job summary

La Fosse in Singapore seeks a hands-on Technical Support Team Lead to join a global financial services organisation on-site. You will lead a small technical support function while remaining actively involved in day-to-day incidents, escalations and user support.

The role requires strong hands-on Level 2 Desktop/EUC experience and the ability to mentor and supervise support engineers. You will coordinate with infrastructure, security and application teams to resolve incidents end-to-end.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Level 2 desktop/EUC support experience.
• Experience mentoring or leading small teams.
• Strong knowledge of Windows environments and M365 stack.

Responsibilities

• Personally troubleshoot Level 1 and 2 end-user issues; act as escalation point for the team.
• Provide support for Windows 10/11, M365, Outlook, Teams, AD/Entra ID, Intune/SCCM, laptops, mobile devices, printers, AV.
• Diagnose connectivity issues (VPN, Wi-Fi, DNS/DHCP, networking).
• Identify incorrect configurations and guide engineers to solutions.
• Own incidents through to resolution with cross-team coordination.
• Provide high-quality support to senior stakeholders in time-sensitive environments.
• Coach and mentor engineers; review work and drive technical capability.
• Support service performance, documentation, knowledge management and continual improvement.
