Responsibilities

• Manage Front of House, Mailroom, Pantries, Catering, Office Supplies and related services.
• Improve customer/client satisfaction through KPI-driven service delivery.
• Interface with customers on incident reporting and escalations.
• Collaborate with Soft Services Lead and Category Managers on initiatives and process improvements.
• Coordinate with Regional Operation Manager and Facilities Managers on change-management programmes.
• Seek efficiencies and cost savings across ES services.
• Review invoicing and payment approvals for ES vendors.
• Track ES spend and inventory with monthly reporting.
