Job summary

The role supports the Facilities Management function, aiding property managers with repairs and investment planning. You will follow established procedures, handle inquiries, and document progress while using MS Office tools to maintain records and reporting.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent with up to 2 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to follow standard work routines and procedures.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with clients, landlords, tenants and service providers for procedures and reporting.
• Acknowledge inquiries and collect work orders.
• Collect information to monitor performance and progress.
• File work orders, proposals and department paperwork from vendors.
• Monitor activities outside the building such as waste disposal and recycling.
