Job summary

CBRE Asia Pacific seeks a Workplace Experience Lead for our Singapore site to oversee front desk, visitor management, meeting room operations, F&B and events, mailroom and archiving, and vendor management. The role ensures a welcoming, compliant, and cost-controlled workplace.

You will lead Reception, Mailroom, and F&B teams, manage budgets and SLAs, and build strong stakeholder relationships with business units, Security, IT and senior management to deliver a best-in-class employee experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in workplace experience, front-of-house, facilities or office operations.
• Experience leading teams and managing third-party vendors.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Familiarity with room scheduling and visitor management systems.
• Working knowledge of budget management and invoice reconciliation.
• Experience with document management, archiving and retention.

Responsibilities

• Lead front desk and reception services to deliver a professional, welcoming first impression for visitors and employees.
• Oversee visitor registration, access and security procedures.
• Manage switchboard and mainline calls, ensuring prompt routing.
• Set service standards for front-of-house presentation and response times.
• Act as escalation point for visitor and employee queries or complaints.
• Manage meeting room booking and country admin duties for scheduling system.
• Coordinate F&B services and event support with vendors.
• Lead and develop Reception, Mailroom and F&B and events teams, including recruitment and training.
• Negotiate vendor contracts and review SLAs and KPIs.
