Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. in Singapore is seeking a senior Facilities Manager to lead the FMC team responsible for overseeing building operations and maintenance of a key facility.

You will coordinate ongoing operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive continuous improvement across energy efficiency and service delivery. You will manage vendor performance, control budgets, report to stakeholders, and develop resilient processes for safety and reliability.

Qualifications

• Minimum Degree in Built Environment / Facilities Management / Engineering or relevant discipline.
• Preferably with CFME Tier 2 accreditation.
• Strong financial knowledge and ability to analyse data for decision making.
• Proven leadership and team management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day facility operations and services to ensure efficiency.
• Plan regular site inspections to identify maintenance issues and safety hazards.
• Manage preventive maintenance programs and project work.
• Coordinate with subcontractors to meet contract expectations and timelines.
• Monitor facility-related budgets and drive cost control initiatives.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on performance and issues.
