Job summary

CBRE Pte Ltd is recruiting for an Associate Enterprise Services role within Global Workplace Solutions in Singapore. The successful candidate will manage Front of House services, vendor relations and KPI-driven service delivery across enterprise facilities.

The role emphasizes performance management, stakeholder engagement and collaboration with regional operations to deliver efficient, compliant and cost-conscious facilities services. Degree holders with FM sector experience are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage Front of House operations and related services for associates.
• Seek to improve customer satisfaction demonstrated through KPIs and service delivery strategy.
• Act as the key interface with customer facing issues including incident reporting and escalations.
• Coordinate with Soft Services Lead and Category Managers on services and process improvements.
• Collaborate with Regional Operation Manager and Facilities Managers on rollout of change management programmes.
• Identify efficiencies and savings within Enterprise Services.
• Provide education and support to FM staff to ensure consistent service delivery.
• Supervise ES staff and vendor staff, guiding on bank processes and onboarding/offboarding.
• Review vendor invoicing and payment approval.
• Track and report ES spend and inventory monthly.
• Prepare monthly spend and forecast with Finance Team.
• Attend and report ES services during regular meetings with FM Team and Portfolio Manager.
• Manage on-site related audits.
• Work with Sourcing Team on vendor contracts and renewals.
• Ensure ES certifications are renewed timely.
• Ensure sustainability alignment with EHS Manager.
• Ensure MSAs and contractual measures are met.
• Vendor management and CBRE relationship ambassador for ES vendors.
• Review performance metrics and take corrective actions with operations team.
