Job summary

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the property portfolio, ensuring smooth facilities management and tenant services.
• Lead M&E management, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lifts, and fire protection systems, with compliance to regulations.
• Coordinate inspections, servicing, and upgrades; troubleshoot issues with engineers and contractors.
