RecruitPedia Pte Ltd seeks an experienced Senior Property Manager / Asset Manager to oversee performance, operations and strategic management of premium assets in Singapore. You will lead a team of professionals, liaise with tenants, clients and service providers to deliver exceptional service and achieve asset objectives.

The role requires strong budgeting, stakeholder management and leadership skills, with a focus on safety, compliance and capital projects.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Property Management, Real Estate, Facilities Management, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in commercial property, asset, or facilities management.
• Proven experience managing commercial office, mixed-use, retail, or Grade A assets.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, financial reporting, contract management, and capital expenditure planning.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience managing service providers, contractors, and building operations teams.
• Familiarity with statutory compliance, workplace safety, and property management best practices.

Aufgaben

• Oversee the day-to-day management and operational performance of the property.
• Develop and implement asset strategies, business plans, and asset enhancement initiatives.
• Provide strategic advice to clients on asset operations, building performance, risk management, and capital improvement opportunities.
• Ensure all building systems, facilities, and services are maintained to the highest standards.
• Prepare and manage annual operating budgets, forecasts, and asset plans.
• Monitor financial performance and identify opportunities for cost optimization and operational efficiencies.
• Manage billing, collections, financial reporting, and expenditure controls.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants and clients, and implement engagement strategies.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing property management team; ensure safety and service excellence.
• Oversee compliance with safety, health, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead tender processes and contractor procurement activities for capital projects.
