Job summary

JustCo in Singapore is seeking a Facilities & Operations professional to oversee day-to-day building maintenance, manage vendor services and coordinate tenancy administration across our growing coworking network. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in facilities, operations or property management, with relevant HVAC or electrical certifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in facilities, operations, or property management.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent; technical diploma or certification is a plus.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., HVAC certification, Electrical certification) are advantageous.
• Experience in vendor management and coordination.
• Familiarity with leasing or contract administration is an advantage.
• Able to work independently and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day facilities operations, ensuring all building systems (e.g. HVAC, electrical, plumbing) are well-maintained
• Coordinate and manage external vendors (e.g. cleaning, security, maintenance) to ensure service quality and compliance
• Conduct regular site inspections and follow up on maintenance issues to ensure timely resolution
• Support leasing and tenancy administration, including leasing contract documentation, renewals, and record keeping
• Ensure all licenses, service contracts, and compliance requirements are up to date
• Respond to operational issues or emergencies promptly to minimise disruption to business operations
