The ideal candidate holds a degree in engineering or related field, with 7+ years in similar roles, strong knowledge of building systems, excellent communication (multilingual preferred), and proven leadership to guide teams and drive performance.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Building/Facilities/Real Estate Management or related field.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in similar facilities management roles.
• Strong knowledge of complex large-scale building systems and property operations.

Responsabilités

• Ensure portfolio compliance with laws, regulations, policies, and safety standards.
• Oversee day-to-day facilities management and operations including maintenance and site services.
• Identify and respond to risks, hazards, incidents, and emergencies.
