Job summary

JustCo Singapore is seeking a Facilities & Operations professional with hands-on experience in building maintenance, facilities management, and vendor coordination to keep our coworking spaces running smoothly. You will oversee daily operations, coordinate vendors, conduct site inspections, support tenancy administration, and ensure compliance and timely response to issues.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in facilities, operations, or property management.
• Familiarity with building systems and site inspections.
• Experience in vendor management and coordination.
• Able to work independently and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day facilities operations, ensuring all building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) are well-maintained.
• Coordinate and manage external vendors (cleaning, security, maintenance) to ensure service quality and compliance.
• Conduct regular site inspections and follow up on maintenance issues to ensure timely resolution.
• Support leasing and tenancy administration, including contract documentation, renewals, and record keeping.
• Ensure all licenses, service contracts, and compliance requirements are up to date.
• Respond to operational issues or emergencies promptly to minimise disruption to business operations.
