Job summary

JustCo in Singapore is seeking a Facilities & Operations professional to oversee day-to-day building maintenance, manage vendor services and coordinate tenancy administration across our growing coworking network. • Support leasing and tenancy administration, including leasing contract documentation, renewals, and record keeping
• Ensure all licenses, service contracts, and compliance requirements are up to date
• Respond to operational issues or emergencies promptly to minimise disruption to business operations

We are looking for a Facilities & Operations professional with hands-on experience in building maintenance, facilities management, and vendor coordination. The ideal candidate should be familiar with building systems, site inspections, tenancy administration, and regulatory compliance, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to respond promptly to operational issues and emergencies.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

Prerequisites for the role include:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in facilities, operations, or property management, experiences in shopping mall / Service Apartment is preferred
• High school diploma or GED equivalent; technical diploma or certification is a plus.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., HVAC certification, Electrical certification) are advantageous. Vocational training or apprenticeship in a relevant field is preferred.
• Experience in vendor management and coordination
• Familiarity with leasing or contract administration is an advantage
• Able to work independently and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
