JustCo is seeking a Facilities & Operations professional to manage building maintenance, vendor coordination, and tenancy administration across its coworking spaces. You will oversee day‑to‑day operations, ensure compliance, and respond promptly to emergencies to minimise disruption.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in facilities or property management, with familiarity of building systems and licensing requirements. A high school diploma is required; technical certifications are a plus.

Competenze

• Minimum 4 years of experience in facilities, operations, or property management; experience in shopping mall / Service Apartment is preferred.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent; technical diploma or certification is a plus.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., HVAC, Electrical) are advantageous; vocational training or apprenticeship in a relevant field is preferred.

Mansioni

• Oversee day-to-day facilities operations, ensuring all building systems (e.g. HVAC, electrical, plumbing) are well-maintained
• Coordinate and manage external vendors (e.g. cleaning, security, maintenance) to ensure service quality and compliance
• Conduct regular site inspections and follow up on maintenance issues to ensure timely resolution
• Support leasing and tenancy administration, including leasing contract documentation, renewals, and record keeping
• Ensure all licenses, service contracts, and compliance requirements are up to date
• Respond to operational issues or emergencies promptly to minimise disruption to business operations
