Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a proactive Building and Facility Executive to join our operations team in Singapore. You will oversee day-to-day facilities operations, building maintenance, vendor management, and ensure a safe, compliant working environment across company premises and project sites.

Reporting to the facilities lead, you will coordinate preventive maintenance, manage external contractors, uphold WSH guidelines, and maintain records of maintenance schedules and expenditures.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' hands-on FM or building operations experience.
• Diploma or Degree in Facilities Management or related discipline.
• Strong familiarity with Singapore WSH regulations, BCA guidelines, and local requirements.
• Independent, hands-on, and with strong problem-solving skills and sense of urgency.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to manage vendors and staff.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic facility management software or ticketing systems.
• Able to respond to ad-hoc operational or emergency issues.

Responsibilities

• Oversee routine and preventive maintenance of building services (M&E, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, security).
• Manage external contractors and SLAs, review quotations, supervise on-site works.
• Ensure facilities comply with WSH regulations and local requirements.
• Handle office space allocation, inventory control, and asset tracking.
