Job summary

KOE Consulting Pte Ltd is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee daily building operations, maintenance, and service delivery across multiple sites in Singapore. You will plan preventive maintenance, monitor contractors, and ensure safety compliance while managing budgets and stakeholders.

Ideal candidates have a Diploma in Facilities Management with FSM certification and at least 3 years in facilities/property management.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Facilities Management or related discipline.
• 3 years of experience in facilities, building or property management.
• FSM certification with at least 3 years of FSM experience.
• Working knowledge of building systems, maintenance planning, contract administration and safety practices.
• Familiarity with government procurement procedures and payment processes.
• Clear communication, sound judgement and a collaborative approach to resolving issues.
• Good organisational skills and the ability to manage priorities and follow through on commitments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and facilities management systems.
• Ability to travel between multiple assigned sites.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily building operations, maintenance and service delivery to meet agreed standards and client requirements.
• Plan and coordinate preventive maintenance, repairs and improvement works for building systems and facilities.
• Monitor the performance of contractors and service providers, including cleaning, security, landscaping and maintenance teams.
• Conduct regular inspections, follow up on service issues and coordinate timely corrective actions.
• Support compliance with applicable safety requirements, statutory obligations and site procedures.
• Manage budgets, expenditure, procurement and service contracts, ensuring appropriate cost control.
• Build positive relationships with clients, occupants and stakeholders, responding to feedback with care and professionalism.
• Guide and support the site team, encouraging teamwork, knowledge sharing and respectful communication.
• Prepare operational reports, maintenance records and recommendations for service improvements.
• Support emergency preparedness, incident response, sustainability initiatives and improvements to the occupant experience.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by your supervisor.
