Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in Singapore is seeking an experienced Facilities Coordinator to assist the Facilities Manager with daily operations and to deputise when needed. You will lead a team of technical officers and coordinate contractors to ensure compliance and timely maintenance across site operations.

Responsibilities include attending after-hours client and tenant cases, preparing monthly and incident reports, and managing ad-hoc projects while fostering a safe, efficient, and well-regulated

Qualifications

• Diploma in Facility Management or related field.
• 5+ years in facility management.
• Plan and supervise contractors for maintenance.
• Strong communication across levels.

Responsibilities

• Assist Facilities Manager in daily operations.
• Deputise when required.
• Manage team of technical officers and sub-contractors; supervise & coordinate activities.
• Attend cases raised including after-hours involving tenants.
• Prepare monthly and incident reports.
• Ensure smooth on-site operations.
• Manage ad-hoc projects.
• Facilitate incident investigations.
