Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Senior Facilities Executive to support daily site operations and ensure well-managed, well-maintained facilities. You will lead a team of technical staff and coordinate contractors, ensuring compliance with regulations and timely incident reporting.

Role emphasizes responsive tenant service, safety, and quality programs, with opportunities for growth within a global real estate services firm known for diversity and internal promotion.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Facility Management / Building Services / Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant facility management working experience.
• Ability to plan, organise and supervise a team of contractors in carrying out planned and ad-hoc maintenance work.
• Possess good communication skills and be able to relate to different levels of people.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Facilities Manager in the daily operations.
• Deputise as and when required if the Facilities Manager is not around.
• Manage the team of technical officers, sub-contractors, supervise & coordinate facility management activities and ensure all works adhere to legal regulations.
• Attend to any cases raised including after hours by the Client which includes the tenants where applicable.
• Preparation of monthly and incident reports pertaining to the site(s).
• Ensure smooth operations on site(s).
• Manage ad-hoc project(s).
• Facilitate incident investigation whenever necessary.
