Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an FM Operation Manager to oversee daily M&E facilities management across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and safety systems. You will lead engineering teams, manage budgets and contracts, and partner with clients to drive operational excellence.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic oversight, and ability to coordinate with vendors and regulatory audits, ensuring safe, compliant facilities and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of M&E facilities management experience, incl. at least 3 years in a senior role.
• Degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering (building services preferred).
• Strong knowledge of local codes (Fire Code, WSH) and leadership, budgeting, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily M&E operations (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, lifts, BMS) per schedules and SOPs.
• Lead managers/engineers; recruit, manage performance; oversee contractors and vendors.
• Act as main client contact; attend meetings; provide reports on operations and improvements.
• Ensure regulatory compliance through audits and inspections; manage incidents and CAPAs.
• Manage budgets, contracts, procurement; drive cost optimization and asset management.
