Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Facilities Executive to support day-to-day operations at a facilities campus. The role involves responding to tenant needs, coordinating with contractors, and maintaining building systems to ensure safe, efficient operation.

You will report to the Facilities Manager, work with a team, and help manage service delivery, maintenance planning and data entry in the CMMS. Strong communication and technical understanding are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Facilities Management or related discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in building operations or facilities management.
• Strong understanding of M&E, HVAC, electrical, plumbing and maintenance practices.
• Experience with CMMS is advantageous.
• Good communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist and report directly to AFM in operation & maintenance concerns
• Liaising and managing contractors
• Attending to client feedback or requests
• Manage the CMMS system
• Ad-hoc assignments by Management
• Investigate and analyze reported breakdowns to determine cause and prevent recurrence
• Follow up with term contractors on defects rectification after servicing
• Provide admin support to the team
