Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Senior Facilities Executive to support the Facilities Manager in daily operations at a Singapore campus. You will lead a team of technicians and contractors, ensuring regulatory compliance, safety, and timely service delivery across client sites.

The role emphasizes strong communication with tenants and stakeholders, incident handling, and ongoing coordination of maintenance projects to maintain high standards of facility performance.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Facility Management / Building Services / Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant facility management experience.
• Ability to plan, organise and supervise a team of contractors for maintenance tasks.
• Excellent communication skills across levels.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Facilities Manager in the daily operations.
• Deputise as required when the Facilities Manager is absent.
• Manage the team of technical officers, subcontractors, supervise and coordinate facility management activities and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Attend to cases raised by the Client, including after hours, including tenants where applicable.
• Prepare monthly and incident reports for the site(s).
• Ensure smooth operations at site(s).
• Manage ad-hoc projects.
• Facilitate incident investigations when necessary.
