Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations to avoid disruption and meet client expectations.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance per contract.
• Ensure licences for equipment are renewed per regulations.
• Oversee term-contractors to provide compliant services.
• Evaluate contractor quotations.
• Assist audits and follow up on safety observations.
• Check inventory of First Aid boxes and IPP cabinets.
• Collate service reports and submit monthly to client.
• Handle basic procurement and issue purchase orders.
