Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield Singapore is seeking an Assistant Facilities Manager to support daily site operations, deputise for the Facilities Manager, and supervise a team of technical officers and contractors to ensure compliance and high service levels.

You will prepare monthly and incident reports, handle after-hours client cases including tenants, and coordinate ad-hoc projects while driving safe and compliant facilities.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Facility Management/Building Services/Mechanical or Electrical Engineering required.
• At least 5 years of relevant facility management experience.
• Ability to plan, organize and supervise a team of contractors.
• Strong communication skills to liaise with clients and tenants.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Facilities Manager in daily operations.
• Deputise as required when the Facilities Manager is unavailable.
• Manage the team of technical officers and sub-contractors; coordinate facility management activities and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Attend to client cases, including after hours where applicable (tenants).
• Prepare monthly and incident reports pertaining to the site(s).
• Ensure smooth on-site operations and coordinate ad-hoc projects.
• Facilitate incident investigations when necessary.
