Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield Singapore is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee facilities management, operations and maintenance at the site. You will manage contracted teams, supervise service providers and ensure safety, compliance and service quality across all M&E systems.

The role requires a minimum 5 years in facilities management, a relevant degree and a Fire Safety Management Certification. You will lead emergency responses, manage budgets, and report on performance to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering or relevant discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of facilities management experience in facilities services.
• Must be Fire Safety Management Certified.
• Strong knowledge of facilities management operations, building maintenance and M&E systems.
• Experience in budgeting, cost control and project management.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.

About the Role: Oversee the facilities management, operations, maintenance, repair, and minor improvement works across the Site assigned. Manage and coordinate nominated contractors, subcontractors, and service providers appointed. Lead and supervise a team of contractors to ensure that the Site is maintained so as to meet the service standard. Oversee the security and fire safety of the Site. Respond to emergencies and lead the team to attend to the situation. Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, safety regulations, and industry best practices. Coordinate, monitor, and report on facilities-related projects, maintenance activities, and operational performance.

About you: Minimally Bachelor's Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering or any other relevant discipline. Minimum 5 year of facilities management experience in facilities services Must be Fire Safety Management Certified. Strong knowledge of facilities management operations, building maintenance, and M&E systems. Demonstrated ability to plan, execute, and oversee maintenance and facilities management works. Experience in budgeting, cost control, and project management. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
