Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Facilities Manager for its Singapore campuses. You will oversee daily operations, maintenance, and administrative tasks to ensure safety, efficiency and occupant comfort.

Responsibilities include budgeting, contract oversight, vendor management and reporting, with supervision of facility staff. A related degree and 3+ years of FM experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in facilities management, building, business or related field is required.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in commercial/industrial property management preferred, with supervisory experience favored.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day facility operations, maintenance programs, and site services.
• Review and manage contracts, vendor agreements, and insurance requirements.
• Prepare budgets and financial reports related to facilities.
• Coordinate capital budgeting and five-year maintenance plans.
• Inspect facilities and supervise facility personnel and contractors.
• Ensure compliance with safety, ADA, OSHA, and local codes.
