Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Facilities Manager in Singapore to oversee all aspects of facilities operations, maintenance, and safety across the assigned site. You will coordinate contractors, lead the team, and ensure compliance with contractual and safety standards.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in facilities management or related field, at least 5 years’ experience, and fire safety certification. Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of facilities management experience in facilities services.
• Must be Fire Safety Management Certified.
• Strong knowledge of facilities management operations, building maintenance, and M&E systems.
• Demonstrated ability to plan, execute, and oversee maintenance and facilities management works.
• Experience in budgeting, cost control, and project management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the facilities management, operations, maintenance, repair, and minor improvement works across the Site assigned.
• Manage and coordinate nominated contractors, subcontractors, and service providers appointed.
• Lead and supervise a team of contractors to ensure that the Site is maintained so as to meet the service standard.
• Oversee the security and fire safety of the Site.
• Respond to emergencies and lead the team to attend to the situation.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
• Coordinate, monitor, and report on facilities-related projects, maintenance activities, and operational performance.
