Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in Singapore is seeking a Senior Facilities Executive to support the facilities team at a designated campus. You will assist the Facilities Manager in daily operations, oversee a team of technical officers and contractors, and ensure services align with client objectives.

This role emphasizes timely incident reporting, compliance with regulations, and incident investigations. You will participate in ad-hoc projects and contribute to a safe, well-maintained, and efficient

Qualifications

Minimum diploma in Facility Management / Building Services / Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Minimum 5 years of relevant facility management working experience.
Ability to plan, organise and supervise a team of contractors in carrying out maintenance work.

Responsibilities

Assist the Facilities Manager in daily operations.
Deputise as required when the Facilities Manager is unavailable.
Manage the team of technical officers and sub-contractors; supervise and coordinate activities; ensure compliance with regulations.
Attend to cases raised, including after hours, involving tenants where applicable.
Prepare monthly and incident reports for the site(s).
Ensure smooth operations on site(s).
Manage ad-hoc projects as needed.
Facilitate incident investigations when necessary.
