Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in Singapore is seeking a Facilities Manager to lead day-to-day operations, maintenance, and administration of facility assets, ensuring safety, functionality, and efficiency across buildings.

You will coordinate maintenance programs, manage vendors and contracts, prepare budgets and reports, and support improvement initiatives while developing facility personnel and fostering a productive environment for occupants.

Qualifications

• Degree in facilities management or related field required.
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in facility management for commercial/industrial real estate.
• CFM/IFMA/BOMA certifications recommended; other training a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day facility operations, maintenance, and administration.
• Manage vendor contracts, budgeting, reporting, and compliance.
• Develop and supervise facility personnel and safety programs.
