Job summary
CapitaLand Retail Management Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an Operations professional to support the Associate Director, Operations, Singapore in overseeing the daily operations and maintenance of our retail mall.
The role requires a degree in Engineering or related field, willingness to lead a team, and a proactive approach to safety, contracts, budgeting, and vendor coordination to ensure smooth mall operations and guest experiences.
Qualifications
- Diploma/ Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical / Real Estate / Facilities / Building / Estate/ Property Management/ Operations)
- Graduates with relevant degree but no prior relevant experience are welcome
- Experience with WSH regulations would be an added advantage
Responsibilities
- Manage operations and maintenance of the retail mall
- Coordinate operation programs and maintenance works
- Assist in preparing the Operations annual budget and contracts
- Support the Asset Enhancement Initiatives and promotions
- Liaise with Contract & Procurement for equipment replacement and enhancements
- Ensure timely handling of feedback and service requests; manage vendor services
- Assist in safety compliance and participate in EHS activities
