Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in shopping mall, retail, commercial, or mixed-use property operations.
• Strong knowledge of building operations and mechanical and electrical systems.
• Experience managing tenant fit-outs, contractor coordination, and regulatory compliance.
• Proven ability to manage service providers and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Degree in Building Services, Engineering, Estate Management, Facilities Management, or related discipline.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of a major shopping mall and mixed-use development to ensure efficient and safe asset performance.
• Oversee building services, maintenance programs, mechanical and electrical systems, and manage operational service providers to maintain high standards.
• Ensure compliance with all statutory, regulatory, and safety requirements to uphold asset integrity and legal standards.
• Manage tenant operational matters including handovers, fit-out coordination, reinstatements, and daily tenant engagement to support smooth operations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants to foster a positive and collaborative environment.
• Drive operational excellence by coordinating asset enhancement projects and improving customer experience.
• Collaborate with contractors and internal stakeholders to align operational goals and deliver seamless service.
