Job summary
CapitaLand Investment Limited in Singapore invites an Assistant Manager / Executive, Operations at Westgate to join our mall operations team. You will support the Operations Manager, coordinate maintenance programmes, prepare the annual budget, and oversee maintenance contracts to keep the mall running smoothly.
You will lead technicians and vendors, participate in EHS and PTW reviews, and collaborate with procurement on equipment replacements.
Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering / Real Estate / Facilities / Building / Estate Management.
- Graduates with relevant degree are welcome to apply.
- Exhibit initiative, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work within tight timelines and communicate well.
- Willing to work beyond standard hours and learn across asset classes.
Responsibilities
- Support the Operations Manager in managing mall operations and maintenance.
- Coordinate operation programs and execute maintenance works.
- Prepare annual budget and supervise maintenance contracts.
- Assist in Asset Enhancement Initiatives and tenant renovations.
- Engage procurement for equipment replacements and services.
- Lead technicians and vendor services to meet standards.
- Be part of Emergency Response and EHS teams for safety reviews.
